Learn how to be business savvy

BDO Durban will host one-on-one financial planning sessions until 6 October.

THE Financial Planning Institute kicked off Financial Planning Week on 2 October, offering consumers world-class consultations, free consultations and financial planning workshops.

The initiative forms part of the International Organisation of Securities Commission World Investor Week (2 to 8 October) and World Financial Planning Day (4 October), a Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB) initiative.

Industry certified financial planning professionals and practices will be offering financial literacy workshops to consumers, allowing them to take control of their finances and invest in their financial future.

A session will be held in Durban at BDO, where consumers will be taught how to be business savvy. There will be free one-on-one financial planning sessions until 6 October.
