Umbilo licencing offices closed
The Umbilo licencing offices will be temporarily closed following a robbery at the premises.
FOLLOWING a robbery on Tuesday, 11 September the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Transport office in Umbilo will be closed until Friday, 21 September due to extensive damage.
A gang of armed robbers held up the security guards at an Umbilo business premises before using explosives to blow up a safe in the early hours of the morning on 11 September.

The public can obtain the Department’s services at the motor licensing office in Morningside, at the intersection of Smiso Nkwanyane and uMngeni Roads or any Post Office in eThekwini. The Department apologises for any inconvenience.
