Phansi Museum staff saddened by passing of colleague

NOBESETHU Euphemia Mosikili better known in the Courtyard and Phansi Museum as Mimi, died last week at the age of 43. She leaves her 13-year-old daughter Amanda. Her son, Young Ntsikelelo died at the age of 18 in 2013.

Mimi matriculated at Brindhaven School in Chatsworth in 1976 and obtained her Information diploma in 1999. She has worked at Phansi Museum since 2004.

The Museum’s Paul Mikula said: “I always felt that Mimi had missed her vocation. She should have been a nurse, someone whose objective in life was making people happy and to help and to care for them. We will miss her and our thoughts are with her partner, her daughter and her two remaining siblings.”
