Business forum thanks Spar
Queensmead SuperSpar has continued to support the UBF's feeding scheme over the past three months.
THE Umbilo Business Forum (UBF) has thanked Queensmead SuperSpar for its continued support over the past three months.
The UBF’s Kelvin Caldwell collected yet another load of groceries from Spar earlier this month.
“We thank owner, Mark Arbuthnot and store managers Greg Fotheringham and Ryan Cuttler, for their ongoing support of the UBF’s feeding scheme. The store has provided donations of food right through the hard times of lockdown, which has enabled us to feed people in Dalton Hostel and in Umbilo. It is so good to see corporates helping the community, especially in such a difficult time,” he said.

Kelvin said the store also donated cardboard to the UBF’s recycling centre.
