City announces restoration of eServices

The City has announced the restoration of their eServices following technical difficulties in the app over the weekend.

THE eThekwini Municipality has announced that their eServices system has been restored to full functionality. They said that users of the eThekwini App can now, once again, record electricity and water readings and link them to their registered accounts.

This comes after the municipality announced the disruption of the eServices over the weekend, stating that, “Our eServices system is currently experiencing technical issues, preventing eThekwini App users from recording electricity and water readings and linking them to registered accounts.”

The City has since announced the recommencement of their eServices, saying: “We understand the importance of reliable eServices and appreciate the patience and understanding of our residents during the recent disruption. We encourage app users and the public to resume using eServices and to visit any Sizakala Centre should they require further assistance.”
