However, patrons of the Italian restaurant can rest easy as a spokesperson from the restaurant has confirmed that all is well at Roma.

Ruwayda Struwe from the local restaurant says that although a small fire broke out last night in a part of the restaurant, there is no damage to the restaurant, and they are still operational. “We don’t want people to panic. The Roma Revolving Restaurant is still standing. There was a fire yesterday evening – the fire broke out upstairs where our Sky Bar used to be, but none of our staff were injured, and the fire was extinguished quickly.”
