SOUTH Africa’s ultimate motoring event – the Top Gear Festival Durban – returns to the Moses Mabhida Stadium on 21 and 22 June, once again bringing the global television phenomenon to life in a two-day festival extravaganza featuring Jeremy Clarkson, James May, Richard Hammond and The Stig.
