Amateur golfers vie for place on Team SA

Catch all the amateur golfing action at Durban Country Club next month.

AMATEUR golfers will tee off taking on the challenges of Durban Country Club in a bid to secure their place in the national final and Team SA selection for the upcoming 20th commemorative World Golfers Championship.

The KwaZulu-Natal regional elimination will be played on Friday, 11 July and all amateur golfers who believe they have the drive to win need to enter online to secure their spot on the tee-box.

The top three winners in each flighting (0-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16-20 and 21-15) win an all-expense paid entry to the SA final, where the top two flighting winners will be selected for Team South Africa 1 and 2.

The South African team will  have the opportunity of a life-time to experience the thrill of a pro golfer tour-like competition as they represent their country and defend the title at the World Final, which is being played in KwaZulu-Natal from 29 October to 8 November.
