Choosing race competitors to start
All the entries have been received for the Caxton Reynolds Race, and the competition is already tough, as editors have their work cut out for them in choosing only one team that will represent their publication.
Teams that are chosen to represent their local newspaper will be informed telephonically, and their photos will be published in the following week’s newspaper.
Caxton, SA Reynolds Travel Centre, Hirsch’s and all other sponsors in this competition are very excited to see the race kick off at the cocktail launch party, set to take place at Hirsch’s, Boksburg, on July 18.
The entire race has been made possible by SA Reynolds Travel Centre (main prize sponsor), Hirsch’s (weekly prize, and cocktail party sponsor), Soweto Hotel (second prize sponsor), Birchwood Hotel (third prize sponsor), Daihatsu (transport sponsor for final race), Two Oceans and JC le Roux (cocktail party sponsor), the Boksburg Rugby Club, and last but not least, Moore Brothers and Associates.
Moore Brothers and Associates will ensure that all entries and scores will be handled on a clean and fair basis throughout the duration of the entire race.
As a reputable auditing firm, situated in Rivonia, they have assisted Caxton with previous projects such as the Sing 4 looklocal competition that was held last year, and coordinators of the Caxton Reynolds Race have full confidence in their work.
