Public urged to help police identify dead bodies

Police in Boksburg are appealing for public’s help to locate relatives of unclaimed bodies at the Germiston morgue.

The bodies waiting to be claimed at the mortuary include the one of Thulani Zinyawo, who died after he was hit by a car along Campbell Road, Cason, on June 10, last year.

He used to stay in the informal settlement next to Boksburg SPCA.

The second body is of a white woman, Elizabeth Geldenhuis, who died at Tambo Memorial Hospital, on November 17, last year.

The third body is of a black man, Patrick Khumalo, who also died at Tambo Memorial Hospital on October 19, last year. He used to stay in Angelo informal settlement.

Another unclaimed body is of a coloured man who died after he was involved in a car accident near the traffic light on the corner of Middle and Rondebult roads, on February 8, this year.

The fifth body is of a black man, Makele Molefe, who also died in Tambo Memorial Hospital on October 5, last year. Apparently he was involved in a car accident, which happened in Johannesburg.

He used to live in Newclare.
