Johan Wessels won the Boksburg Advertiser Choice Award.
The Advertiser recently crowned the winners of yet another successful King of Beards competition.
Prizes to the value of R9 000 for the winners, runners-up and second runners-up were sponsored by Plato’s Beard and Barber Shop.
Winners also received a personalised certificate from the Boksburg Advertiser.
The public has voted and the results are:
Young Beard (ages 20 to 30): Winner: Kelvin Watson. Runner-up: Marco Viljoen. Second runner-up: Dean James.
Long Beard (all ages): Winner: Dalmain Cochrane. Runner-up: Pieter Botha. Second runner-up:Vincent van Staden.
Grey Beard (all ages): Winner: Erich Oberholzer. Runner-up: Migael Coetzer. Second runner-up : Pieter Botha.
Red Beard (all ages): Winner: Gerhard Wilkins. Runner-up: Stephan Potgieter.
