Matshidiso Mokgotho walks away with Miss Boksburg crown
The pageant’s aim is to empower the girls to be the best that they can be
The Miss Boksburg pageant took place at Mc Moos on October 31.
Contestants from Boksburg and surrounding areas were all excited to walk the ramp and had high hopes of being crowned the king or queen of their category.
The categories include Miss Boksburg, Miss Boksburg Teen, Miss Boksburg Junior and Miss Boodylicious.
The results are as follows:

Organiser of the pageant Faith Gounder described the event as a success.
“More people came to support the 2020 finalists than we expected. However, we had different audiences for different categories to curb the spread of Covid-19,” said the organiser.
The winners won scholarships from Figures Models Finesse, Becky Casting Agency and gifts from Mijona Cosmetics. Furthermore, the queens received a cash prize.
