Boksburg police are investigating the death of a man who was shot dead while driving in his white BMW at the intersection of Rondebult Road and Kingfisher Avenue this morning.

According to information received, multiple shots were fired at the BMW killing the driver, while three other people,  who were in the car, including a child, sustained serious injuries.

The injured victims were airlifted to hospital following the attack. Boksburg police confirmed that a shooting has taken place in the area this morning. Information, however, remains sketchy at this point, as the police would not immediately give full details.
