The City of Ekurhuleni informs the public that the electricity prepayment system will be down due to an update running between 2pm and 8pm on February 20.
“Customers will therefore not be able to buy electricity during that period,” said metro spokesperson, Zweli Dlamini.
He emphasised that during the downtime period, prepaid system will not be available at all, these vending points include the third party vendors such as retailers and online banking.
