Ekurhuleni metro employees are working to restore water supply in some parts of Boksburg.
Residents in Bartlett and Leith Road (between Third and Elizabeth roads) have been left without water since this morning.
“The City wishes to inform customers in the affected areas that it is aware of the prevailing interruption to water supply. They can rest assured that their water supply will be restored by 5pm today.
“Our water technical teams are on site, fixing the burst water pipes,” explained metro spokesperson Zweli Dlamini.
The City apologises for the inconvenience caused.
