WIN! A Mother’s Day meal and hamper up for grabs!
The Advertiser and Carnival City are giving one lucky family a special treat for Mother's Day.
For most moms, Mother’s Day is just another day during which they pretty much do what they do every other day – household chores, take care of the children and cook a meal for the family.
Well, this Mother’s Day, the Advertiser and Carnival City want to change that by not only helping one mum get out of the kitchen for the day but also by encouraging mums to share their best mum hacks, tips and tricks to help out the rest of the MOMmunity.
Think of easy tips you may already be using at home – like making your child their very own “monster spray” if they are nervous at night, which they can spray all over them to feel protected from monsters or packing their outfits in ziplock bags when travelling.
We’re hoping to have an influx of mum hacks that are sheer genius.
The best tip shared will win one lucky entrant the day off to go on an outing to Carnival City and enjoy a meal at any of their restaurants with their family, and our winning mum will also receive a wonderful hamper of spoil goodies.

How to enter/rules of competition
• Send your best mum tip, along with your full name and contact details to boksburgadvertiser@caxton.co.za with “Mother’s Day” in the subject line.
• Entries close on May 5 at noon.
• Only one entry per person will be entered.
• Entrants must live in Boksburg.
• The restaurant voucher is valid until May 31.
• The prizes are not redeemable for cash.
