Residents of Anderbolt in Boksburg are experiencing water supply disruptions as a result of a broken water pipe.
The Ekurhuleni metro confirmed it is aware of the problem and urges residents to remain patient as technicians are attempting to repair the damaged pipe.
“We wish to inform our customers in Anderbolt that we are aware of the prevailing disruption to water supply resulting in low pressure to no water. Our technicians are on site carrying out the repairs,” said metro spokesperson Zweli Dlamini.
The expected time for restoration of the water supply has not yet been established, and the City apologises for the inconvenience caused.
