Residents urged to re-log queries

The City has implemented a new system to improve efficiency in resolving all queries.

The City of Ekurhuleni wishes to request all service complainants with queries starting with the reference number 49 to contact its call centre on 0860 543 000 or utilise other service request platforms to re-log their queries.
