#SaveRhinos: join Insimbi on a scenic flight this Women’s Day
It will be a 20-minute flight around Johannesburg in a classic Beech 18 aircraft.
The Insimbi Legacy Projects, in conjunction with Springbok Classic Air and Travel for a cause, is inviting the public to join them on a scenic flight on August 9 as part of their Fly for Rhinos fund-raiser and celebration of Women’s Day.
It will be a 20-minute flight around Johannesburg in a classic Beech 18 aircraft.
According to Carmela Lattanzi, founder of Insimbi Legacy Projects, the objective of the initiative is to raise awareness of rhino conservation.
The funds raised will go towards Insimbi’s anti-poaching initiatives.

Lattanzi started the Insimbi Legacy Projects to involve the public in the fight against poaching after one of her widely admired rhinos, Insimbi, was killed in 2014.
If you can assist the organisation in any way, send an email to the Advertiser’s Tayla Smit (taylas@caxton.co.za), who was Insimbi Legacy Project’s July ambassador of the month.
