#SaveRhinos: another scenic flight for rhino conservation

It will be a 20-minute flight around Johannesburg in a classic Beech 18 aircraft to raise funds for rhino conservation.

The Insimbi Legacy Projects, in conjunction with Springbok Classic Air and Travel for a cause, will be hosting another fun-filled scenic flight on October 2.

It will be a 20-minute flight, which will depart and land at Rand Airport, around Johannesburg in a classic Beech 18 aircraft.

According to Carmela Lattanzi, founder of Insimbi Legacy Projects, the objective of the Fly for Rhinos initiative is to raise awareness of rhino conservation.

The funds raised will go towards Insimbi’s anti-poaching initiatives.

Lattanzi started the Insimbi Legacy Projects to involve the public in the fight against poaching after one of her widely admired rhinos, Insimbi, was killed in 2014.
