Help CPI raise funds at breakfast

The CIP invites locals to its business breakfast fundraiser to be held in March.

The Boksburg City Improvement Project (CIP) will on March 2 host a business breakfast to raise funds for its upcoming community projects.

The event, which will feature the world-renowned economist and entrepreneur Chris Hart, will be held at Function Centre located on the corner of 7th and Gelofte avenues in Boksburg North from 07:00 to 10:00.
Tickets are R150 per person and R1 500 per table of 10 people. This includes a light breakfast, tea and coffee.

The event will also offer a networking opportunity to rub shoulders with like-minded, successful entrepreneurs and business leaders. To reserve your seat, contact CIP committee member Derek Fox on 082 886 0651.

The Boksburg City Improvement Project, which has already been involved in various community activities, aims to help improve the state of Boksburg.

These include dealing with issues about safety and security such as break-ins, robberies, theft and vandalism, environmental affairs including illegal dumping, pollution and illegal land use and economic development that will focus on all economic issues.
The groups meet regularly to brainstorm ideas and come up with at least three initiatives aimed at addressing the challenges in their respective portfolios.
