Dawn Park SAPS conducted an operation that resulted in the arrest of several suspects.
The suspects are set to appear at the Vosloorus Magistrate’s Court soon.
The arrests included:
• Two for possession of substances
• One for assault
• One for dealing with counterfeit goods
• One for selling liquor without a license
• One for reckless and negligence driving
• Four for common assault
Spokesperson of the police station, Sergeant Nkemeleng Mabula said an additional arrest was that of a 42-year-old suspect for shoplifting after a security guard noticed a suspicious male about to leave a shop.
“The security officer asked for permission to search the suspect and found he had food items hidden in his jacket.
“A 33-year-old suspect was also arrested and detained for attempted murder.”
