Germiston resident wins Suzuki S-Presso in Pick and Pay draw
This event culminated in a promotional campaign that had been ongoing since October, featuring weekly draws that engaged customers and supported local charities.
Driekie Pretorius, a resident of Germiston, on December 21 celebrated a brand new Suzuki S-Presso she won during a draw held at the Pick and Pay Towers.
This event culminated in a promotional campaign that had been ongoing since October. It featured weekly draws that engaged customers and supported local charities.

Pretorius shared her excitement about the win, noting she and her family had not shopped at this particular Pick and Pay for over a decade.
“We used to live in Boksburg and frequently shopped here. Now living in Germiston, we returned to this store and decided to enter the draw with our till slip.”

Her faith played a significant role in her victory. She remarked, “It was by the grace of the Lord that we won today. Before coming here, we prayed and hoped for this win.”

Anton Rangousis, the store owner who organised the draw, highlighted the community aspect of the event.
“We had 12 draws since the first week of October and every week a different charity benefitted from R2 000 donations,” Rangousis stated.
Rangousis handed Pretorius the car keys. He thanked his consumers for their support and said they have several future special activities for customers at the Pick and Pay store.
