Gymnastics talent from Boksburg Gym & Tumbling is set to make waves at the national level after an impressive showing at the Gauteng Championships on September 5 and 6.
Jackie Cilliers, founder of Boksburg Gym & Tumbling, said 21 gymnasts who had qualified for Ekurhuleni colours on August 22 and 23 competed in the provincial event, showcasing their skills and determination.

She expressed immense pride in the athletes’ achievements.
“I am so proud of each gymnast. Their hard work, dedication and discipline have paid off, and this achievement is a testament to their talent and commitment,” she said.

With the national championships approaching, the gymnasts are preparing to compete against the best in South Africa. Jackie said she is confident their talent and determination will shine on the national stage.

“Their performance not only reflects their individual dedication but also showcases the quality of gymnastics development here in Ekurhuleni. We are excited to see them represent our province,” she added.
