Man hijacked
The victim was driven around in another vehicle and dropped him off near Carnival City.
A man was robbed of his vehicle in a hijacking on the corner of Griffiths and Jet Park roads on October 21.
According to Boksburg North SAPS spokesperson Sergeant Justice Ramaube, police were told an armed man suddenly switched off the engine of the victim’s white Nissan NP200, at 12:10, while the vehicle was stationary with a window open.
“Another hijacker then put something that looked like a beanie on the victim’s head. They drove around with him in a different vehicle and dropped him off near Carnival City,” said Ramaube.
Police are investigating a case of hijacking.
