Reiger Park resident Lincon Stevens Kok (42) was shot and killed at about 02:50 on November 4.
According to Reiger Park SAPS spokesperson Constable Johannes Msimanga, Kok was shot twice in the head on Buttercup Street.
“He was declared dead on the scene by paramedics.
“It’s alleged the victim had accompanied his girlfriend to her house after they had been out together. He was killed after he left her house,” he said.
Early in the morning on the same day, Goodson Madalitso (33) was allegedly stoned to death in a veld near Leon Ferreira Street.
According to Msimanga, a passer-by discovered the man and notified the police.
The police found the man with severe injuries and several stones near his body. Paramedics declared him dead on the scene.
