Police seek suspect in murder of Reiger Park man
Constable Msimanga urged anyone with information that could aid the investigation to contact him directly at 071 676 0555.
The Reiger Park police are investigating the murder of Donoven de Klerk (59), who was shot and killed on the corner of Vickers Crescent and Garry Oberholzer Street on May 11.
According to the station’s spokesperson, Constable Johannes Msimanga, the victim sustained a gunshot wound to the left side of his face and died at the scene.
“He was shot at about 20:10 and succumbed to his injuries. The motive is unknown.”
The police have appealed to the public for help in tracking the perpetrator(s).
