Robbers made off with cellphones valued at about R450 000 from Ackermans at the Atlas Mall on October 15.
According to Boksburg North SAPS spokesperson Constable Khakhathi Siphoro, four men posing as customers entered the store at about 11:00.
“They held staff and customers at gunpoint and then forced one of the employees to go to the safe. They helped themselves to cellphones,” she said.
Nobody was injured.
