Police are appealing to the public for assistance in locating the woman in the picture, as she may be able to assist with an investigation into a fraud case that occurred in June 2025 at a hotel in the Boksburg North policing precinct. According to Ekurhuleni SAPS district spokesperson Captain Neldah Sekgobela, the incident involves a suspect who allegedly booked the hotel for an awards ceremony. The suspect is said to have presented false proof of payment, resulting in the hotel being defrauded of an undisclosed amount of money.
