A shoot-out ensued between law enforcement officers and armed robbers after Triple S Cellular Business was once again targeted, this morning (August 5).
Information gathered on the scene suggests that about 17 robbers stormed the store and held the employees hostage while robbing the store.
It appears the shoot-out happened as the robbers fled the scene.
No injuries were reported.
The Advertiser previously reported that a gang of robbers got away with boxes full of cellphones after robbing the same store in the early hours of July 12.
We are awaiting an official police statement.
