The Boksburg North CPF Sector One collected 39 units of blood during its blood drive at Little Naples Pizzeria on September 3, surpassing its target of 35 units.
Marketing manager of the Boksburg North CPF Sector One Celine Bouwer said they are delighted with the outcome of the drive.
She expressed her gratitude towards the donors, the owner of Little Naples Pizzeria that gave his grounds to them for the day, and all participating patrollers.
She highlighted the organisation will hold another blood drive on November 5.
Local donor relations practitioner Trude Gaarekoe thanked the CPF for helping SANBS to save lives through blood donation.
