New chef serves up culinary delights at casino’s pre-birthday bash

Executive sous chef Mahle Vellem prepared an unforgettable delicious three-course meal for guests.

As a pre-birthday celebration, special guests were welcomed at the Carnival City Hotel on October 3 to meet Carnival City’s new general manager Bryan O’Connor, and to enjoy an intimate three-course Chef’s Table dinner prepared by new executive sous chef, Mahle Vellem.

Carnival City will celebrate its 25th birthday towards the end of October.

Frieda Mankge (public relations co-ordinator), Sarah Anderson (Corporate Image) and Lungi Hlatshwayo (PR and promotion manager).

Bryan O’Connor (general manager), Michelle Smith (marketing manager) and Pieter Guthrie (slots manager).
