Church gives more than the Gospel

The team handed out warm meals, blankets and clothing

Sword and Spirit Ministries Int’l Boksburg in Parkrand recently rolled up their sleeves and spread more than just hope — they delivered food, warmth and smiles.

Their latest outreach was not just an event; it was a powerful reminder that faith can transform lives.

Flourie Muller, the organiser of the outreach, said, “Our mission is rooted in sharing the Word of God, winning souls to the Kingdom, and serving the less fortunate through practical acts of love — including providing food, clothing, and support to those in need.

Nomhle Dlangamandla and Nomthandazo Miller from Sword and Spirit Ministries Int’l Boksburg.

“More than just preaching the Gospel, the team provided warm meals, blankets and clothing to those who needed it most. This combined approach of spiritual and physical support brought smiles to many faces in the Boksburg community.

“Through simple acts of service, we touched lives and restored hope.

One beneficiary, Jose Madiope, said: “It’s not just the food or the blankets – it’s knowing that someone cares. We are thankful. This is helping us a lot.”
