Crowned on July 17 in Kochi, India, Melissa's journey was anything but smooth, but her grace, grit, and determination saw her rise above every challenge. From enduring a 7-hour flight delay and missing day one of the competition, to walking the runway with a sprained ankle, Melissa proved that true queens rise, no matter the setback. Even more incredibly, she overcame a life-threatening situation just weeks before her departure- yet still made it to the Top 6 on the global stage.
