Proceedings in the Michaela Moonsamy Yellepan murder case did not resume at the Boksburg Magistrate’s Court on September 26 as scheduled, because the magistrate was unavailable.
The matter has been postponed to October 1.
Michaela, a 27-year-old woman from Benoni, was fatally shot on May 18 last year, at the Key Largo Centre, just six months after her wedding.
Brandon Govender (49) has been charged in connection with her death. He faces one count of murder and two counts of attempted murder.
