Supplementary valuation roll open for comment

The Ekurhuleni metro must urgently inspect the supplementary valuation roll for 2021-25.

The supplementary valuation roll is now open for residents’ comments.

The previous and highly controversial valuation process led to thousands of complaints, an administrative nightmare for the metro and its residents.

Some issues still have not been resolved.

Therefore, it is crucial that every property owner in Ekurhuleni takes this opportunity to appeal against exorbitant property valuations. Any property owner has the right to lodge an objection with the metro.

Property owners have only two more weeks, p until July 31, to lodge objections if they disagree with any of the property valuations.
