Please give my compliments to Warrant Officer Mokoena from the designated firearms office at Boksburg SAPS for her impressive customer service.
A month ago, my wife and I went to get fingerprints taken for police clearance at the police station. Mokoena attended to us. Oh, what a pleasant surprise to be treated by such a pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable police officer.
Not like others who are grumpy and working sloppily; Mokoena carries out her duties in a helpful and courteous way. I just want her to be aware that her positive attitude towards customers doesn’t go unnoticed.
If 80% of the police workforce had the same attitude, we would have a fantastic police force in the country.
A little positive attitude towards others goes a long way. It’s thumbs up to Mokoena’s customer service!
