Samaritaan Huis writes:

We want to thank the Boksburg Advertiser. Since the article you published about Samaritaan Huis on Sky Street, we have had people donate all manner of things to our charity.

Gavin and his team blessed us, and a lady called Irene and her friends knitted some beanies and scarves for our school kids.

Ronica and her team donated food parcels that went to people in the direct community and children in our school.

Our friends from ReMax Dazzle, Cindy and her team, came with soup and bread rolls for the community. They also gave jackets, toys and clothes to the learners at our little school.

Furthermore, Graphite Security blessed our community with pancakes.

One of the founders of Samaritaan Huis, Minnie van der Klashorst, with pancakes donated by Graphite Security.

Samaritaan Huis is not just another charity. We see each person walking through our gates as part of our family. Thank you to everyone who supports us. Even though we do not receive government funding, we are so blessed to be carried by people like you, the public and our friends for the past 23 years.

With all our love to all of you making a difference in the lives of our kids, the elderly and the abandoned animals we try to help.
