October is Transport Month. The Boksburg Advertiser asked a few locals their thoughts on transport system.

Vox — Andiswa Mkhize: I don’t think the service is in good condition. There’s definitely room for improvement. Taxis could try to drop passengers off closer to their homes.

Elizabeth Nsenga: Some taxi drivers compromise passenger safety for profit and the quality of service is sometimes poor.

Joseph Nsenga: Taxis are affordable, but they’re not comfortable at all. They’re often overcrowded and don’t take you directly to your destination.

vox pop — Reinette Smith: The roads in the country are a nightmare. In general, everyone is just doing whatever they want. Rules and regulations are often ignored.
