If [EMPD spokesperson] Wilfred Kgasago wants to throw the book, I can supply you with hundreds of pictures relating to traffic violations by taxi drivers, in Jones Road, in front of Emperors Palace, up to Airways Park, where they drive on the painted islands and use these islands as drop off zones.
The taxi drivers make U-turns over solid lines, they double park and place other drivers safety at risk – what about throwing the book now?
What will the EMPD do about these taxi drivers, who are continuously breaking the law, or as Kgasago says, the transgressions they commit?
