The resumption date for local football action has been set for April 10.
However, a date for the kick-off of the league’s competitive matches is yet to be released.
This was confirmed by Albert Lottering, who is the owner of Reiger Park-based outfit Bronco Football Club. The club plays in a 16-team league.
Lottering added that the annual Easter football tournament held at the WJ Clemments Stadium in Reiger Park, which will be absent for the second time in as many years due to the pandemic, will return in 2022.
