Boksburg u-15 back to winning ways
Although competition is very tight, Boksburg FC boys still soldier on.
Boksburg FC u-15 team returned to winning ways after beating Kempton Park 3-0 in the Easterns Premier League at Kempton Park Stadium on May 15.
Tyler Vrolik scored two goals and Jabez Varrie came on in the second half to seal the win for the Blues.
Coach Heinrich Laxton said the win will give his team the confidence needed for their next game.
“After that defeat against Sporting, we worked hard in fixing our mistakes. We have a great squad of players and healthy competition between the boys to make the starting lineup. We only have a couple of minor injuries within the squad,” said Laxton.
The team is fourth in the league.
They faced Katlego Warriors on May 22 at Hunters Field.
