At the age of 60, the Boksburg Athletic Club’s David Gamede continues to prove that running is the fountain of youth. The sexagenarian claimed another podium finish at the Kijima Kosmos 3-in-1 Secunda on March 11. Gamede finished in second place in the grandmaster category after clocking 03:19:51 to finish 107th overall in the men’s 42.2km.
