This year’s show features international, award-winning diva Karyn White as well as South Africa’s own divas Sasha-Lee Davids, Paxton Fielies and Unathi Msengana.

Divas 2018 shimmies to Gauteng for a one night only concert at Carnival City’s Big Top Arena on July 27.

Brought to South Africa for Divas 2018, Karyn White etched her name in music history with her smash hit song Superwoman.

The song made international waves, selling over one million units, being certified gold and named the Billboard R&B Song of the Year in 1989.

More recently, White has released a new movie and soundtrack, Gale & The Storm, a story loosely based on Karyn’s life and manager Jay King, legendary music producer and founder of Grammy award-winning group Club Nouveau.

Unathi Msengana, singer, radio host, DJ and TV presenter, is best known for hosting radio shows on the youth station YFM and on a Metro FM show with Glen Lewis.

Unathi was also on the judging panel of Idols SA. She has been nominated and awarded several awards over her very successful music career.

Paxton, together with eight other ambassadors, was awarded the Crystal Globe Award for their participation at the prize ceremony and in advocating for children’s rights.

Sasha-Lee Davids was the 2009 co-winner of Idols SA season five. She is also the winner of the 2008 reality TV show Matrix season two.
