Writer, motivational speaker and recovering addict Left Sleeve ensured an unforgettable evening filled with improv poetry, laughter and entertainment at the Christian Family Church in Boksburg on March 21.
The theme of his show was: For Everyone. For No one. Vir almal. Vir niemand nie.
Left Sleeve captivates audiences with a narrative intertwining personal recovery, gratitude and a commitment to storytelling.
Regarding the theme of this production, he explained: “If you look at my motto by which I write, it says that I write for everyone, but I write for no one. I write about everyone, but I write about no one. Everything I write should be read from the perspective of where you are in your life. It is just an addict writing it for reflection.
“I am not here to teach anyone anything. I am here to remind myself of everything.”
