Forty-eight animals sterilised in 18 hours

Forty-eight animals were sterilised on Sunday, which brings the total number of animals sterilised, since this year’s Steri Days started on February 24, to 429 animals.

Dr Michele Miller, veterinarian and owner of Paws in Motion Veterinarian Clinic, helped out at the Steri Day on Sunday.

The Brakpan SPCA, with the help of Paws in Motion Veterinarian Clinic in Alberton, worked 18 hours straight on Sunday to sterilise residents’ dogs and cats.
