Celebrate Christmas with the animals

The SPCA will be transformed into a festive delight, complete with Christmas stockings and a visit from Santa, who will be arriving at 10.30am.

Residents are encouraged to attend in their red Christmas hats and to bring along a food donation for the animals who will be spending Christmas in the kennels.

The event is an opportunity for residents to see what changes have taken place at the society over the past year and to also give back to the dedicated office and kennel staff.

Most importantly, it is hoped that the event will see some of the animals in the kennels being homed in time for Christmas.

Donations of dog, cat, kitten or puppy food, as well as any donations for staff, will be gratefully received.

Food and refreshments will be on sale and children can enjoy interacting with the farmyard animals.
