The project, which is an ongoing initiative by station commander Brig Johannes Manyathele, will see the donation of trees to local schools.

The first two schools recently received two trees each. Sgt Lucia Govender and Capt Joep Joubert are seen with staff and learners at Dalpark Secondary School, during the handover.

The officers also helped to plant the trees.
