Singers, choristers and body percussionists from Felicitas School stood out at the recent Alberton Arts Association Eisteddfod.

Felicitas School learners recently participated in the annual Alberton Arts Association Eisteddfod and won the vocal and instrumental section, bringing the trophy home.

Learners participated in the senior choir, cerebral palsy choir, fun song category, as soloists and in the body percussion choir.

“This achievement is the result of many hours of hard work, dedication and practice. Several groups and soloists were also named item winners in their respective categories, making the occasion even more special,” said Helene Holloway, the school’s chief speech and language specialist.

“We are incredibly proud of every learner who participated and extend our heartfelt appreciation to our dedicated coaches on this outstanding achievement. You have once again shown that talent, perseverance and teamwork can lead to wonderful things.”
