Shoot for prizes at Brakpan CPF fundraiser
The Brakpan CPF is raising funds through a shooting competition with prizes up for grabs.
The Brakpan CPF is holding a shooting competition fundraiser at the Golan Shooting Range in Sherwood Gardens on December 6.
The event will give participants a chance to test their skills, compete for prizes, meet others, and browse various vendors.
Anyone with a licensed handgun can participate. Entry is R140 per person, and R80 for spectators. Sponsors are also welcome.
Shooting starts at 09:00, and organisers ask participants to book their spot by November 13.
Competitors should have their own licensed weapon, but provisions will be made for those borrowing a firearm under very strict safety procedures, with the firearm owner monitoring the borrower.
